MONEY DRIVEN - Doctor kept interrupting me, jumping to conclusions as a result, writing down "symptoms" that were not because of this. When I called him (Dr. Gross) out on his rudeness, he told me "I do not have time to listen to my patients. I have to get them in and out of here as quickly as possible."

Just got out of the military with numerous disabilities , they treated me like gum on the bottom of your boot, average wait time for me was 4 hours, longest was 5 1/2 hours, please do not go here, it's a waste of time and your money... go to Samuel Huerta, he actually Cares about your health...

This place makes Social Medicine of Europe look attractive. The wait time are crazy, and the Dr's are to be desired. Dr Samuels the worse followed by Dr Tubby Fredrich. That man who is a Dr should diet, so should the nurses. I think I will go see if Dr House is accepting new patients.

Awful customer service. I waited over fifty five (55) minutes to be called back after checking in. My son, who had the appointment, was not cooperating with the nurse assistant who wanted to take his weight. I asked if we could do it later. Her reply, "We need to get his weight.".
