Been having NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS with them. My lenses were in supposedly, I go to get them & get the trial contacts, lenses aren't cut *admittedly Rinkov's mistake they said* AND I am told I have to have hard contacts as I have astigmatism & need bifocals. My left eye has better vision than my right but the contact on the left was blurry while the right was clear. I suspect they did them both...

I visited the Westerville location a few years ago. The Dr. was very rude, did not seem to want to listen to me at all. I requested a certain brand of contact lenses but was not given the option to purchase them, as they were pushing some other brand. Would not recommend them.

I've been going to the Reynoldsburg location for a few yrs now. So glad I made the switch. The staff are phenomenal and will keep you looking good in your eyewear!

DO NOT USE RINKOV EYECARE!!!! Rinkov Eyecare Center did not properly process my insurance for a routine eye exam. I did not pay out of pocket because I did not feel it was my responsibility. Rinkov sent that to a collections agency!!! 4+ years later I just paid the collection agency $283 so that it would stop hurting my credit.
