I just talked to one of the trustees for our condos. She said that they had to get rid of Riney a couple of years ago. She also said that she couldn’t tell me why, but she was telling everyone that she knows to stay away from Riney for anything. I asked her why she couldn’t tell me, but all she would say is that it is has to do with why he is no longer our management company.
I told her I’ve got a friend that’s in a condo and he thinks Riney is their company. She said that anyone who has Riney needs to make sure that Riney is not a signer on any of their accounts. She said that they don’t need to be to manage the property. Riney can manage the bills and make out checks for the trustees and bring them to a trustee to be signed once or twice a month so that the bills can be paid. This way Riney can’t take money out without trust approval or without them knowing.
I don’t know why they got rid of him, but it sounds like there wasn’t a lot of trust. Go with them if you need to, but protect yourself.

I have never had a bad experience with Riney Management. Each and every time I have called them they have responded to me within 15 minutes. They either resolved the problem or put me in contact with someone who could. They are always respectful and pleasant. Riney Management has to work within budgets/regulations set by our Board of Trustees and I beleive Riney Management does a great job.
I have nothing but good things to say about Riney Management. As a former Board member of one of their properties, they were always professional and responsive. I found they went the extra mile on a lot of things to help the property and the owners. From reading the previous reviews, it sounds more like an issue of the Condo Board for the properties not being responsive. Riney can only act...
I have to disagree with all of these negative comments made and definitely agree with the comments made by Joe. Riney Management is known to go above and beyond for their clients and although things may not always seem to be the way they should be in the eyes of the homeowners, they are just as the Assocation's budgets allow them to be.
