The Ironton Fire Department purchased a truck with a damaged box from Riley's. We were told prior to the purchase that we would be able to purchase a new, used box for it, from them, later in the month. They continued to put us off and not return our calls until we finally gave up a few months later...we were never able to purchase the box from them and had to spend a significant amount money...

I had a very enjoyable shopping experience at Riley Auto Sales. Phil was helpful and not pushy at all. Unfortunately, they did not have a car that worked for us, but he answered all of our questions and let us test drive several cars. I am a person who does not like car shopping and I can honestly say that this was fun. We will continue to monitor their inventory and would feel comfortable...

Highly recommended because of friendly and exemplary service. We didn't purchase a vehicle from them, but Phil was very helpful and easy to work with. Car shopping with them was an enjoyable experience.
