He came right out, very little waiting...fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes and I paid less than what I expected. Tom was very nice, friendly, explained the problem to us, what he had to do to fix it, and offered other solutions to help fix our overly noisy garage door. We will definitely call him again, next time there is a garage problem.
