I took 3 dresses there. All three were really expensive, and they ruined two of of them. One was too short, and the other one, a kid could have done it!!!! I was so mad!!! Now i'm going to have to take time to fix it myself. I wished I would have seen these reviews before I took my stuff there. I had to give it one star because there was no option for no stars. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

The service I have received from Right Size Alternation was super fantastic. I went to the location because it was so convent and was able to get my wedding dress hemmed right in time for my wedding. The price was very affordable and they have great customer service! I would recommend this place to my friends and family. I will for sure come back to alternate my clothes.

Ruined my jeans. I specifically told them to hem my expensive jeans only if they could make it look the same way they are and they said they would. Half an hour later the just cut the bottom and sawed it like dress pants. Something I could do myself.
Don't give them anything you want done right. Avoid this place

They completely ruined my jeans. I specifically told them to hem my expensive jeans only if they could make it look the same way they are and they said they would. Half an hour later they just cut the bottom and sewed it like dress pants. Something I could do myself.

Don't give them anything you want done right. AVOID THIS PLACE

I am incredibly disappointed. I have an Arcadia that cost well over $200. I use the bag daily & it's held up well except one of the straps started to tear. I brought it to Right Size Alterations because it was conveniently located near my job.
I was SHOCKED to see that the strap had been sewn on CROOKED, with uneven stitching, overlapping stitching, & colored thread that didn't match the other...
