In summer of 2012 I purchased 9 yards of what was described by Ridgewood Soils as high quality dyed black shredded hardwood mulch and paid $25 delivery fee to my home in Wyomissing. The mulch was died black but it was not the high quality shredded hardwood as was advertised.
