Help us make it rightI travel through Richmond often for work, but never stopped here. Boy, was I missing out! I had stuffed pepper soup to start. Wow, it was delicious! Then I had a bridge street wrap with sweet potato fries. All I can say is YUM! I will definitely be going back when I'm in the area.
The restaurant has the best burgers. Everything a burger should be, cooked exactly how we requested. The only down fall would be that you get your own menu, seat yourself, and all the drinks are self serve. But at the price of $29.00 for the 4 of us to eat, it did not really matter.
Right across the street from upscale Toscano is the local Bridge Street Cafe -- one of my favorite spots out. It's local--used newspapers on the bar, if you need a read; pizza kitchen behind the bar; takeout customers stopping in; families with kids in high chairs; lots of coming/going and chatter.
