I went to Richardson's where I bought my 2 six-volt deep cycle batteries, for replacement, and to have three jack springs installed. They wanted "at least $72 to install the two batteries and $63 each to install each of the jack springs. Poor service after you buy! We took our trailer in for service a few months after purchasing it from the Riverside location because the refrigerator was not working on propane. We made an appointment and dropped it off and 5 days went by and so I called to see how it was going .
