We have just completed a small backyard upgrade and added a hot tub. We chose RTBS because they were the only Hot Springs hot tub certified dealer, their reputation was sterling, and they offered turnkey services. Everyone was great to work with from the FB messages, Salesman Nick, Tuna, Ryan and all his helpers. Great experience! We loved the construction app. We always knew where we were at...

Our pool has been a disaster since the tile and coping stage. At the end of September it was supposed to start. We were delayed a week because of our Bowls. It turned out that the real problem was that they did not have the the tile that was promised. We selected another tile and waited another week. Finally work began.
