Busy Saturday night in downtown Peoria! Arrived at Richard's 4:45 and needed a table for six people. They were already packed and said it would be a little while. Shannon was able to seat us quicker at a high table, downstairs in the pool table area, which was just fine. Food, drinks and waitress all good. Food took about 30...

Good food but terrible service

We waited 30 min for a table and 90 min for our food. No apology from waitress. People around us came and left and we never got our food. Waitress said our ticket was next and food still took 30 more min to get to table. Food was pretty good but waitress never came to ask if everything was ok...
