All they care about is getting your money, they could care less about the quality of picture they take. They run the children in and out like herding animals, thats why the pictures are so crappy. Disappointed mother and senior graduate

My daughter graduated from Bethlehem and Lifetouch did their drape portraits. She did not like them and chose to redo them again. When she took a check to them, they said they didn't have a copy on file! Seriously?? Then she had her senior softball pictures and again, they do not have them. She is extremely disappointed. Now we have no senior drape pictures oor hersenior softball pictures!

Lifetouch was where I chose to have my senior drapes done. They came to the school to do them for us. Going by the date that we were, I went to a hair salon, nail salon, etc. and prepaired the day before. Lifetouch took my picture and everything was fine.
