Dr. Michney and the staff are nice and accommodating, but preformed procedures that I was told were covered only to receive a bill from them later. When questioned I was told the per-approval is not a guarantee of payment. It was understood prior to the cleaning and sealant procedure that I did not want them if they were not covered and that's why she said they were covered and that she had the...
