Find someone else, this guy should not be practicing. He has no manners. His staff is rude. He is test happy and will lie and order unnecessary tests. Will not help you while you lay for weeks suffering!

Clearly a smart individual, but his bedside manners are deplorable. He touts his "I tell it like it is" style. Honesty is an admirable quality, but being a little tact goes a long, long way. I'd recommend that you find a different provider.

While I actually didn't get the opportunity to meet Dr. Dilorenzo, he was the on-call doctor while my mom was in the hospital trying to recover from double pneumonia. After nearly two weeks in the hospital, she was scheduled to be released on Saturday afternoon. Her g-tube came out. He was called and said it would be replaced on Monday! So, my mom whose health was already compromised and...

saved my life. he is a good doctor, and i am a difficult and non-compliant patient. explained things well... answered all my questions, of which i had many. he takes my preferences in mind.. I have had many colonoscopies with him and never any problems. he is the only person that i trust with my guts..... ulcerative colitis diagnosed 2008....
