I hired Rich because he struck me immediately with his professionalism. He was always on time, returned calls promptly, provided a detailed bid with a blueprint of what my kitchen could look like and pointed me in the right direction on everything - appliances, countertop, cabinets, etc. I did some of my own pricing, to make sure that his vendors were competitively priced. And they always were....

Rich was great to work with, and we are VERY happy with the result. The tilework on th enew backsplash is nothing short of amazing! He took care of all of the little details, made sure that we were informed along the way, and interfered as little as possible with our day-to-day lives. I HATE remodeling and redecorating, but even after the project, I'd recommend Rich in a heartbeat!
