When I first moved to Philadelphia, I decided to look through reviews and found Dr. Rice. He is one of those rare older generation doctors that takes time with you and answers all your questions. First time I've ever looked forward to visiting my dentist. I've been with him several years now, and one of my favorite things about him is that he's a specialist, not a salesperson.
