After dialing their number about a thousand times and getting a recording that "this line is busy"' I have to assume that these people have no desire to have customers!!!

I read the pervious reviews before I placed a order tonight(8.27.2012/9:10p.m.) and decided to give Rice China a chance. The lady that took my order told me it would take 45min for delivery, the delivery guy took 48min to arrive which I clocked it. That is great timing! You have to expect delivery services to be time consuming, and if my food arrive less then 5min over what was told then that’s...
