Great atmosphere and great brisket

The brisket is amazing. I love the old industial building atmosphere and the service is excellent. One of the owners came out to thank us for coming in. The food was great. Presentation could use a little work but with food this good it doesnt really matter.

Best ribs in SLC

Average Rating
80

Though ex-NBAer Ike Austin's Rib Alley lacks the backback ribs in its fine reportoire, this place still has some of the best barbequed spare ribs the state has to offer. Their fried catfish, BBQ chicken, beef brisket and BBQ beef sandwich are all very, very good too. Southern eatin' at it's best! The sides are decent--cornbread, baked beans, slaw, candied yams, potato salad, black-eyed peas......

Business description (1)

A bit off downtown's beaten path, but those ribs and wings make it worth the trip.
