They cancelled 2 apts for my 4 yr old in 72 hrs. Both times I arrived -and was told - no phone call. Rude female staff. Soap operas on TV not age appropriate. Disrespectful and unapologetic.

Staff was slow and not friendly. I was also billed for services that were never performed.
