Rex Svc was going to charge me an astronomical amount for something I later had repaired for $75. In the meantime, they damaged some parts inside my tv while "assessing". Also, I found part I allegedly needed on line after waiting more than a month for Rex Svc. Glad I just took it somewhere else, only to find that the diagnosis had been completely wrong. Incompetent or rip offs?
