Last Saturday I had a appointment with Express Locksmith Store to replace my dead bolts on my two security gates. The technician who came to my door (I'm sorry I forgot his name!) was prompt and friendly. As promised he came within the 9-10 am window (he came exactly at 9:30am). Express Locksmith Store could not have made rekeying my deadbolt easier -- Jerry worked around my work schedule, came out and completed the job on the same day, and their cost ($100 total) was less expensive than other locksmith quotes. I really appreciated the efficiency and ease of completing this job, especially since I had to have it done because my keys had been stolen. Definitely call...

Very Good service. Professional and veery courteous. Got me out of a jam that was my own making. Thought I could do it myself. Terry did in 30 minutes what took me several hours and all I did was mess things up. Worth every dime! You don't mind paying when you get the service. Pleasant people as well. John was soooo helpful! He just asked me a few questions over the phone, had me sent him some pics and the next thing I know I'm installing my own locks! Saved me the cost of coming out to do it. I will DEFINITELY use these guys anytime I have locksmith needs. Thanks again Express Locksmith Store ! :)

Just had my cylinder lock for my apartment changed by Express Locksmith Store , Joel. He was absolutely amazing and fast! Joel was very friendly and explained everything about the lock that I currently had as well as the new lock. I will definitely be referring the business to other friends....Got the best bang for my buck AND I feel safe! whoot, whoot!
