We needed a bike shop to receive and re-assemble our bikes after shipping them for our bike tour. They quoted a price, and tried to double it once they received our bikes. Sam was very friendly and extraordinarily helpful. It was obvious I didn't know anything about bikes but she fit me on a great machine in my price range. This is the place I'll go anytime I need something for my bike.
