I bought linen bed sheets from restoration hardware and they literally fell apart after 2 washes. I contacted their customer service and didn't offer anything in return except an apology....

Walked around for a good 15 minutes and with only 3 other customers in the store, no one ever bothered to ask me if I needed help. Circled around and around. Very poor service.
