We were warmly welcomed when we arrived at Restaurant Sarajevo. There were three in our party. Our waitress was very helpful in guiding us through the menu. We started off with the Cold Appetizer Plate and the fried Calamari. We enjoyed these dishes very much. We also enjoyed the Garden Salad to share. Everything tasted very fresh! Lovely neighborhood gem! If you live in the Ravenswood Manor/East Albany Park area this place is a must! The owner's daughter was our server and she was great! She made us feel comfortable and was very accommodating to our needs. The bread and cheese that it is brought to the table is delicious! The lamb and beef sausages were very flavorful and cooked perfectly! FYI it's BYOB.

My dining partner and I split three dishes: a cold meats & cheese appetizer, a feta salad, and a mix plate. The food was very tasty, and the service was excellent. Complimentary bread and farmer's cheese were served to start. The appetizer, salad, and entree followed at a nice pace.
