I was very disappointed by the lack of update on the billing process, after I express my concerns and previous experiences with dentist. My insurance was maxed out, and I was charged a second payment after the signed agreement. I was not happy with this dentist at all.

I'm satisfied. Everybody in your office is very nice. I loved the option to coordinate my appointment thru text as have limitations to talk over the phone during office hours. Dr Resnick is very kind and gives you confidence. So far is been a great experience as new patient.
