This was a great place to stay. I had to go to Grand Island on business and stay for a couple months. I liked the laundry machines and bar right there. This is an old motel but clean. My wife called many places and they by far had the best rates. I saw guys walking around sprussing the place up when I was staying there. Again, great place for a longer stay!

The place is a little old but room were nice and clean. For the rates its the best place in gi. I called everywhere for a place to stay during the fair and by far the best price.

Got into Grand Island late at night and just needed a place to sleep for a few hours. Wow, not so good

Perhaps they should only rent to people who need a room for long term. The neighborhood seemed ruff around the edges.
We did like the fact that there were two rooms divided by the bathroom.
This place truly needs some updates.

Rather sleep under a bridge

Place is run down, dirty, and smells worse than most dumps on a hot summer day. I wouldn't put up my worst enemies in this place. If there are no other rooms in town sleep in your car, under a bridge, or just don't sleep. Horrible horrible place.
