First the pros: the roof top pool was great for lounging (pool too cold to swim in March) and great fire pit at night. Also good location.

Great to stay there again

This is always our home away from home while visiting our daughter at ASU or going to see a spring training game. The staff will go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied with the hotel amenities.

I took my kids to Spring Training again this year and we stayed at the Residence Inn. Overall, a really good experience. Conveniently located to both spring training, the ASU campus, and downtown Tempe. The room was not as big as some of the Res Inn's I've stayed at, but it was modern and comfortable. Everything was neat and clean....

If you are visiting Tempe consider staying here. You can save yourself some money by utilizing the free shuttle to and from the airport. The ASU campus is directly across the street and the downtown Tempe dining and shopping is blocks away for walking about the town. STAFF: Very helpful and courteous.
ROOMS: Very nice and contemporary. Neat and clean.
LOCATION: The hotel is very central to downtown Tempe, public transit and the ASU campus and stadium.
BREAKFAST: The food was fine and the staff were spot-on.
