Hotel in centralizer plenty of restaurants shopping and just off the interstate 90. Desk person was vary accommodating. Manager social was vary pleasant they even had draft beer. Hot tub was working not like other properties i stayed at.
The people make the difference.
The presentation of the hotel is clean, the rooms are clean and comfortable, nice pool and gym, they have created a very home style atmosphere.
Business 101 rule 1 is customer service. You nailed it. The staff are here for you and they are amazing at what they do.

The staff was friendly, the room was nice, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast buffet was quite good and hearty with a wide selection. The furnishings were great with a couch and an easy chair in the room as well as a desk and a full kitchen, Strong wifi signal.
I booked on the Marriott app and nowhere does it say they charge a $100 pet sanitation fee. I have stayed in other pet friendly Marriott hotels without getting charged extra for my dog so this was unexpected. I guess it's still understandable but not explicitly indicating it on the app nor on the booking confirmation is rather sneaky.
