My wife and I have lived here for 8 years and we're signing for our 9th in July. You get what you pay for!! Bottom line, this is the nicest place in town. We've looked far and wide almost every year and when we pull back into our parking space, all is right with the world. Friendly, helpful staff. Quiet neighborhood. Want a place that is safe to live in and meet friendly people Residence of Newark is your home. We moved here a year ago I walk the Apartment complex for exercise and I feel safe in my surroundings , during my walks I look at all my neighbors beautiful gardens and have met with many friendly faces to put with many of the gardens.
