They came to replace a water heater, to give an estimate. Price was about 1200.00 we said no way. The guy was talking about everything that needed to be done.
After he left I called the city to see if we really had to pull a permit to change the water heater. Indeed we do. But the cost is not 125.00 like the guy stated. It's only 66.80 so yeah, we won't be using these guys and if they are on...

His work was quick and drains working well. The only problem I had, he want to scope the air vent on the roof, instead of taking time to look for the clean out drain, which was within a one foot square area of where we thought it was. The scope was an extra charge.
