The brunch menu was limited and the server kept pushing the all you can eat buffet. Service was spotty. The brunch is very overpriced with poor food quality

Disappointing dinner for $300. In that, 4 of us had abt 2 drinks each (a total of 5 cocktails and 2 sparkling wine)...and get this, 2 entrees (cheeseburger + 1 steak) & 6 small dishes (2 cauliflower sides, 1 squash+burrata side, 1 tuna tartar, 1 beef carpaccio, and 1 octopus)and a side of fries . The food was not spectacular, it was OK at best. The cauliflower side was probably the best of all....

A la carte menu with small and expensive portions and not that well presented. Ambiance is pretty cool with a clean modern look.

Never been for brunch before wonderful value. Favorites were egg scramble, lamb sausage and ratatouille spread. Lovely mimosas and proper portion sizes to share. Best meal yet at Requin!

The first collaboration between Top Chef finalists Jennifer Carroll and Mike Isabella is Requin. With 120 seats the restaurant will bring the Mediterranean coast of France to The Mosaic District of Merrifield. In addition to Chef Jennifer Carroll's inspired menu, Requin will feature a broad selection of wine and inspired craft cocktails all served in a warm, comfortable environment.
