I moved into this house over a month ago, there was a republic trash can in my yard, neighbors for a feeling it was trashed and the company was still picking it up until the memorial holiday came, they no longer pick up the garbage but yet it is full and overflowing with garbage alongside it in my front yard, I call them the third have it picked up and removed from my property and was told it...

large corporation, I don't care for their attitude when speaking with them on the phone. I'm going local to keep money local.

Wonderful company! People answering their phones that are always friendly. They missed my trash yesterday, and when I called they apologized and picked it up the same day! Then the next day they called me back to confirm I was taken care of!

Prices are a bit high-but every time i've ever said anything to them about it they negotiate a lower rate.

I have had the worst customer service ever with this company. I called them for an extra pick-up of an old sofa. They told me it would be picked up Saturday. It wasn't, so I called them Monday and they said the haulers didn't see it out at the curb. Big yellow velvet sofa. Really. Operator said she'd put in another work order to have it picked up. Wed and Thurs worked late and unable to call...

A company which cares nothing for the people living around a business for which they empty a dumpster - at 4:00 in the morning even though they have been asked numerous times to change this.
