Customer service here is absolutely terrible!!!!!. Would not recommend their cakes either. The place on Jerome and 183rd has better service, cakes and are more reasonably priced. The best Dominican bakery! I am a huge fan of their bread loafs that are baked at the bakery daily. I've been coming to this bakery since I was a child. Over the years, I've purchased cakes, bread and appetizers- I have no complaints.

Bought a cake from here and it did not taste like dominican cake at all, it was just tasted bad. Their staff is rude and they are way overpriced. I do not recommend this place unless you want to waste your money.

You would be hard pressed to find a Dominican cake as moist and tasty as the ones in this place! Order ahead because they only make a limited amount to sell...
