They are horrible at communicating with owners. Our home was trashed and their response was that's too bad. One of the people in the office actually laughed about it.

Funny how all the positive reviews are SOOOO positive & elaborate & similar... So obvious how those are fake accounts created by RMC.

Avoid Rental Management Company. My experience was that an RMC employee messed up, and failed to make payments out of the rental proceeds, after committing to make those payments several times. On top of that, they were recieving the delinquency notices, so I was not aware of the situation. When I finally found out, I was faced with $1500 in legal fees and penalties for the past due payments....

Horrible rental experience. Took months of me bugging them to get anyone out to fix things like electrical issues and bug infestations. then after moving out I was sent a 3000.00 bill. I have already filed against them in court. Horrible!!!!
