As a property owner I entrusted my house to Rent Florida Realty when I moved out of state.  That is a decision I came to deeply regret.  The first set of tenants that they found put at least 50 holes in the living room walls hanging up everything they could possibly think of to hang up.  Rent Florida Realty didn't keep any part of their deposit to repair the walls.  They even told me the house...

These people are fee-crazy and take advantage of people's ignorance and desperation. They are always looking for ways to charge you or to keep money that they get hold of and should be returning to other people.

We have a townhouse that we have been trying to rent. We contracted with this agency, and 2 weeks later we have a tenant ready to move in. We have used their services in the past and have had excellent results. They charge 1 months rent and write up the lease for you. Definitely worth it!!
