This company has the worst customer service. They dont offer insurance and they dont inform you of that when you make the rental. when you call to understand what they can offer, the customer service "manager" is rude and not helpful at all. I would stay away from this company as it is definitely a poorly run organization that is trying (and failing) to compete with traditional rental agencies
