Rick was fabulous! We needed a car for a quick trip to Arizona. Two other companies we had dealt with made it seem as though our business was not very important to them. Nothing but run arounds and rude employees. After much frustration we found Rent A Wreck, completely by accident and very thankful for that. Without any issuses at all we were on our to AZ. We were set up in a vehicle within 30 minutes. We thought the price was very fair. However, when we returned over $100. was credited back to us! As if that wasn't enough, our pick up ride was late and we were allowed to wait there for...

Eric was terrific to work with. This is my first experience with rent a wreck and I was a little nervous about the reliability of the car. No worries there. The car had 57,000 miles on it, new tires, ran just fine. I've rented from the national competitors and had cars in worse shape than this one.
But the really nice thing was Eric's honesty. I knew I'd exceed the number of miles allowed for the time I'd have the car. He offered to rent the car at the weekly rate to cover the miles and doing the math that was a good deal. When I returned the car and had not used as many miles as I...
