The guy that responded before me is absolutely right. You need to call the market manager.
I had a friend that purchased (Not rented) a living room set it looked ok in the store, but once it got to their the delivery drivers had torn it and didn't say anything. They went through hell with the rent a center they purchased the set from.

Tessa, the best advise I can give you is to call the store you deal with and ask for the "Market Manager" phone number. If they won't give it to you call different rent a center in the area. Rent A Center is not a good place to rent computers from. I have been renting a computer from them for about 3 weeks and i have gone through 4 computers so far. I have been disgusted by their attitudes from the beginning.
