I would like to say I have never in my entire life encountered such rude behavior. I have been in customer service for over 28 years and I have seen some sad behavior. But Bruce you take the cake. I pray that you lose every single customer you have and you go out of business.

I personally had to resolve the matter myself, because the District Manager didn't respond properly either, just like the manager and his employees. It's too late to resolve anything. You could give me something for free and I ouldn't accept it. Please read the other rip-off reports.
