i was really happy the first time i rented from this store. there was a sweet girl who helped me. then when i went back I GOT LIED TO AND RIPPED OFF!!!
i went in to buy a serta bed and they delivered a cheaper brand and when i called to tell them i was told that was what i wanted. ha! calling me a liar. i had paid for two weeks and planned on paying the balance the next month. i had them pick up the bed, it took them several days and it was never used but, i did not get a refund but, was told i would not be charged the next month. then i get a call asking for payment. dude did not take me out of the system!!! now i worry about my credit report.
there are rent-a-centers everywhere here in Arlington. my advice is to go to a different store or try Aarons...
