If you want to hire someone that uses subcontractors that have no clue what they are doing and are not supervised this is your company. Want subcontractors coming into your home and damaging your property they are the right company. Want the job to take months when they claim less than a week they are the best. Want to be promised a refund and not get it Renova is your company to hire. Bottom line is they cost me thousands of dollars in damage and uncompleted work. I reached out to settle this and I was told my pricing was not reasonable when 90% of it HE agreed to. Oh and just so you know the materials they use are not what you order. They changed my order for carpet no less than 6 times. I never got to see the new carpet before it was installed. Cheap carpet and poor workmanship makes for a bad vendor.
