I am very FURIOUS with this company. I placed a service call about a month ago and still waiting for them to call me back. For a sliding door that does not lock. I WILL NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I FIGURED IT WOULD BE PRIORITY SINCE ITS A SAFETY ISSUE LEAVING MY DOOR IN THIS CONDITION AND HAVING SOMEONE BREAK IN. SO IF YOU READ THIS PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
