I was given a prescription for glasses that were too strong. I was told to give it a week for my eyes to adjust to the new prescription but they were still causing me to have severe headaches. Altamira eye care refused to change the lens for me or issue me a full refund. I was given the option to get a $39.20 refund on the $119.00 I paid for them but I declined.

The Office Manager is awful!! Very rude and no professionalism at all. I got better results from the receptionist who was very pleasant and professional. Melissa Leonard needs to learn how to speak to paying customers or the Dr is going to lose many patients

The staff here is just shy of incompetent don't understand how the rating is high except maybe his staff is rating themselves. Long wait times low product levels aloof "doctor" just a shame that i went in the doors it will never happen again

I have been going to Dr Altamira for 5-6 years. NO MORE! The doctor is wonderful, professional, and very personable. I simply cannot understand why he tolerates such a horrible staff! From the time you walk in, you are not even acknowledged. When one of the staff even bothers to look at you, there is no greeting whatsoever. They look at you as if you are bothering them.
