Do not go with Reliant go to power to choose.org and go with one of those providers I've been with Reliant for a year my cancellation fees $250 to get out of contract I pay 11.8 cents a kilowatt...

I would give them -10 stars if I could, even more.They totally ripped me off when I moved out of my house. I called them numerous times in the period prior to my move to confirm the turn off...

Reliant fraudulently switched me back (from new provider Green Mountain) when I left them after a rather bad (2 star) year of service 2009-2010. That put my account in limbo at both service...

AWFUL AWFUL!! customer service here is almost
non-existent/rude!!.. I spoke to a man named
"TONY" employee id number 924093 he is
apparently a "supervisor", just like all the
other employees I spoke to he was just as rude
with absolutely no way of resolving my issue.
when I moved out of my apartment because my
lease ended I called reliant to cancel my
service. tony and everyone...
