Would highly recommend doing business with the owner (James) again and again. I've already suggested him to family and friends. He is on the job and his professionalism, courtesy went well beyond my expectations. It's evident that he takes great pride in all levels of his work. Prompt & reliable service! Called him about a problem in the morning, he was able to come in and fix it that afternoon. Price was reasonable for a diagnostic and repair.

When I called Reliable Door to repair my opener I spoke with the owner himself, James McCaffery Jr. He said he could be at my house between 1:00 & 3:00 that same day and he was. He was very personable and thorough at fixing my door back to complete operating condition. I found his price was also quite reasonable. I would recommend him to anyone who needs their garage door opener repaired. Ken R.

My husband called Reliable Door Company on a Sunday and the Owner actually answered his call. He scheduled an appointment for the very next day. He called prior to arriving and was prompt.
