We stayed for one night on a road trip from NC to KS. The room was very nice, comfortable and had all the amenities one could want, including a refrigerator and microwave. The desk clerk was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great, including hot options in addition to the standard continental fare. This isn't a large chain hotel, so there are some things that you don't get, but...

Decent mom and pop motel. You get what you pay for; packet of shampoo/ conditioner, packet of body wash, bar of soap and two moist towlettes.

The outside is deceiving, but the inside is very clean and the staff are very accommodating. The continental breakfast was better than some of the more expensive places we've stayed.

I was a little nervous about staying in a motel, but the reviews convinced me to try it on our road trip. We arrived late, just after midnight, and the hotel staff was very friendly and efficient. The beds were comfortable, the room was immaculately clean, and the motel setting was actually very convenient for getting off and back on the road.
