30 bucks, 30 feet from a four lane, concrete walls, cheap cable, bathroom the size of a bathtub, and the bathroom windows won't lock so good luck telling convincing you wife no one will crawl in. Never will stay at relax inns again.

Price & location.\n\nDirty tub. Tiny bath towels had holes. Blackout liner in drapes were shreaded with holes. Microwave and minifridge were on the floor. No blanket. Extra pillows in drawer without pillowcases. "Funny" odor.\n\nWas this the Bates Motel?

The price.\n\nNext to a major road.\n\nYou get what you pay for. An excellent room if you just want to sleep and leave for the day. There is a major road feet away, but there are not a lot of vehicles until around 7 am; when you should be getting up anyway. No bugs and comfortable bed. Helpful staff. Would stay there again if I am ever in Franklin again.
