Regions closed in 2014. It was a good lunch location while open. It's sister restaurant, Catonsville Gourmet, is just up the street and is a good place for lunch. Dinner is good too, but they do not take advance reservations.

I've been here many times - Dinner or Sunday Breakfast - excellent/quiet atmosphere, nice décor, friendly and professional service. You are able to bring your own wine (nominal corkage fee). A range of meals w varied daily specials.
Regions is a wonderful neighborhood place -- wonderful food and warm atmosphere. Food is excellent. It is nice to be able to bring your own wine and beer.
