do NOT open an account with this bank if you value customer service or you want to hang on to your money. They seem to care less about account security and their fraud department won't even answer the phone in order to report a lost or stolen card. I have been a regions bank customer for many years both in Arkansas and in Indiana. I have 2 drive over an hour 2 get to a bank n KY.. THEY ARE USUALLY very nice to work with!! BUT this bank does not post govt checks a day early like most banks do if it falls on a holiday or weekend! THIS branch, for some unknown reason took my my ss check back outta my account AFTER it had already been...
