The staff was always cold and unpleasant, but not directly rude. They always seemed to be late for their appointments, and never warned you when you arrived nor apologized for being behind. I had a few appointments at the Adams Patterson clinic. One of the Dr.s I met was Dr. Tonkin she was nice and answered all my questions.
